Breakfast is “the most important meal of the day”. This may be true but the TYPE of breakfast you have is more important. Don’t sabotage your day before it has begun. For ‘sugar burners’ who use copious amounts of carbs to fuel their body, they will need to eat very frequently to keep up with the roller coaster ride that is their blood sugar levels. It’s important for me to be full of energy all day, as I am sure it is for you to. This is how I do it: I start my day with “Bulletproof Coffee”. This is a very special type of coffee that has been processed and tested to ensure there are no mold toxins present. I mix this with a specific type of MCT (refined coconut oil) that converts directly into ketone bodies (the best fuel for your brain) and grass fed butter.Believe it or not grass fed butter is super food full of Vitamin A, butyric acid and CLA. I will also occasionally add some Callogen protein (from pastured cows) to the mix. This fuels me well from around 4:30am until around 11-12. I also take a high quality Omega 3 (either fish or krill oil) about 2gm. My latest addition has been the ground breaking new products from Bioceuticals; Liposomal CoQ10, Liposomal R-ALA and Liposomal Glutathione. These products have a cutting edge delivery system that allows for rapid direct absorption into your blood stream and also allows them to cross what is known as the blood brain barrier.

So there you have it. My secret to high productivity. For the rest of the day I have a high quality, low toxin, high fat diet. This includes drinking my homemade kombucha, eating homemade fermented cabbage, organic meats, organic eggs and organic vegetables.
